How to Know It's Really Us
Scammers often pretend to be tech support companies. To protect yourself:
- If anyone calls saying they are Tech Dispatch and you weren't expecting it, hang up and call us back at 888-238-4225. A real Tech Dispatch technician will never mind.
- We will never ask you to pay with gift cards, wire transfers or cryptocurrency.
- A pop-up message telling you to call a number because your computer is infected is a scam. Don't call it. Call us instead.
